Hybrid 3D

Has anyone else picked this up on Blu-ray?

The reason I ask is I got the 3D BD cheap from Sanity and when I got home and looked at the disc it appeared to be a DVD and not a Blu-ray. It had the DVD logo on the front of the disc along with the region 4 DVD World Map logo.

I was on the verge of taking it back and abusing the staff for their incompetence but I first thought I should check the disc in the player an lo and behold I find a 1080p picture and DTS Master Audio! So it turns out its just a mislabeled disc.

Anyone else have the same experience?

I also noticed that nowhere on the disc's onscreen menu did it mention the option of playing the disc in 3D. Is that missing because I don't have a 3D player and the disc would only "unlock" that option if I had the appropriate player?
