Default Blu-ray at costco

So I was at Costco last night and actually found a single blu disk (they had a huge pile of surfs up). Previously I had only found box sets of which I always seem to have at least one of the movies already. I went ahead and picked it up to show some support for their decision to carry blu. I also noticed that they have a big end cap display for blu-ray players and a couple different players....one was the Sony 301...(something like that) and I can't remember the other. There was just one sorry looking HD DVD player and it was around the corner with the standard DVD and VCR stuff. They still have HD DVD movies and 2 of them are singles. The others are box sets but only half the number that blu has.

I still need to stop by BestBuy again and see if they're still all messed up (HD DVD displayed at the door with blu behind it). I'm waiting to see if Fry's is going to go blu only but I think that'll take longer. At least they seem to lean towards the blu side as far as movie selections (2 x what they have for HD DVD). I guess I should play stupid and ask about HD. See what the guys at Fry's are saying. I think at least in my area Fry's has to be the largest seller of HD players and media. Not sure about TVs. Probably tied with BB.
