Default Movies with behind-the-scenes scene

With the upcoming movie The Making of Psycho (News Link), I was remembering movies that shows making-of-scenes during the movie itself... Obviously, it's often biographical movies!

Gods in Monsters (1998) - Making-of "Frankenstein" (1930)
Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993) - Making of "The Green Hornet" (1966), "Tang shan da xiong" (1971), "Enter the Dragon" (1973)
Return to the Batcave: The Misadventures of Adam and Burt (2003) Making-of "Batman" (1966)

I also think that What's Love Got to Do with It (1993) had a scene like that.
And I'm sure a movie exist about Elvis life with a "behind-the-scene" scene...

Fake Making-of:

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) - Making-of the fake "Scream 4"

I'm sure I forgot a lot of movies. If you know movies like that, please post them here!

The "Grumpy Old Men" movies had alternate takes of various scenes playing over the credits. "Rush Hour" did something similar, as I recall.

Uh, think he means actor recreations of filming famous film scenes, like "RKO 281", "Ed Wood" or "My Week With Marilyn".

Yeah, exactly! Thanks EricJ. My first language is French and sometimes it's difficult to choose the right words to explain something in English!

Yes, I mean recreation of set while filming a movie from the past.

Like in "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" you can see Jason Scott Lee (acting as Bruce Lee) while making the movie "Enter the Dragon". I always liked those scenes! I loved Gods and Monsters probably because I love so much the "Frankensteind/Bride of Frankenstein" movies!

Can't wait for "The Making of Psycho" !

Blow Out - John Travolta is the soundman on a low-budget slasher flick and uses a critical scene in the movie to fix a shot within the fictional film. Also real B-movie posters are shown.

Chaplin

Not Another Not Another Movie - about a film studio whose only chance to make money involves making Z-grade "disaster/trend spoof".

The Stuntman - the whole film revolves around the making of a rather bizarre WW1 epic.
