LOTR: EE - Alliance versus WB releases - Blu-ray Forum

I have been thinking about getting the LOTR EE box set...the price has been coming down quite a bit over the last few days. However, I noticed WB released it in the States, but Alliance in the Can. Is the Alliance version okay? Is there any big changes between the two editions?

AFAIK the only difference is the French on the packaging.

I can live with that..I think the French is just on the overlay that can be removed and tossed ... looks like a purchase may be in my future!

As per what Alliance do with a lot of their releases, the discs will be a direct port of the US/Warner Bros. counterpart. It's only the packaging that might vary slightly.
