Default TCM Presents: To Kill A Mockingbird in theaters 11/15/12

Just a reminder that one of the greatest American movies of all time, To Kill a Mockingbird, is showing in theaters today. Check local theaters for listings.

This is a must see movie for people of all ages. See it if you haven't. See it aain if you have. Theater chains will continue to show great classics like To Kill a Mockingbird, Lawrence of Arabia, Taxi Driver, Casablanca, Singing in the Rain, etc. if we give them the economic incentive to do so. So support classic movies and go see this tonight.

Quote:
NCM Fathom Events, Turner Classic Movies and Universal Pictures presents the third event in the TCM Event Series by celebrating the 50th Anniversary of "To Kill A Mockingbird" starring Academy AwardŽ Winning Actor Gregory Peck and the 100th Anniversary of Universal in movie theaters nationwide on Thursday, November 15th at 7:00 PM (local time). The event begins with a Turner Classic Movies original production featuring TCM host Robert Osborne providing historical commentary devoted to exploring the racially divided towns in the 1930s and all of the tensions that existed amongst members of society during this era
