I was extremely excited by what this promised, and the early reviews by sites like IGN were extremely high.

Out of the box, this thing is really disappointing. The mouse seems to be a low DPI mouse or the firmware is not right, it stutters a bit if you are trying to line up a shot. This, I could deal with, since I hate FPS games with the analog stick. What really bothers me is that if you try to move the mouse quickly, it seems that it can't track, and the result is zero mouse movement or even movement in the wrong direction. Cruising the IGN forums, playstation forums, show that I'm not the only person having these issues. The available firmware upgrade did nothing to help my situation. I plan on calling their support next week, but I was wondering if anyone here had this accessory.
