I'm currently looking into getting a new tv, but unfortunately I'm trying to keep the price under $1000. I don't need a smart tv, 3D, 4K, or any other feature. All I'm seeking is great a/v performance (obviously 1080p and minimum 120 hz) from a good brand (preferably Sony or Samsung, although I'm not opposed to Panasonic or LG) and that's 50" or larger. Anyone have any suggestions on which model would be best? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm not as savvy when it comes to deciphering which is my best option..
