Michael Jordan to the Max Blu-ray Review

Been waiting for this to finally come to Blu! A great documentary released in 2000 on IMAX theaters. It gets some flack for the small talking-heads/archive footage boxes, but I love it's presentation and how it inter-cuts Jordan's life story with his final season in Chicago.

I cannot imagine why anyone would want this, it's not like he was a very good basketball player.

I am not a big Michael Jordan fan. In fact, I typically was a fan of the teams he played against (the Suns and Sonics). Even I had grown an appreciation for what Michael brought to the basketball court.

I bought this DVD and was very pleased with it. I can only imagine the blu ray version will live up to expectation. I'll look forward to it.

Michael Jordan to The Max in Blu Ray is a Must Buy Day 1. I'm also looking foward to Ultimate Jordan Deluxe Edition on Blu Ray. 2011 is going to be a good year!

I agree. We got into a big argument in my english class because some people thought that Shaquille O'Neal was a better basketball player. I set them straight.

Michael Jordan is the best player in the NBA but unfortanely I will have to pass on it because I can't stand the Bulls but if Michael was on my Orlando Magic team then I would pick it up for sure!

How can you compare Gilbert to Michael LOL. What have Gilbert done that even come close to what Michael did?

I will wait and see what Arenas will do, but you guys should be able to create some matchup problems for other teams with having Hedo back.

I'll probably buy this because I missed most of the Jordan era and his talent. In film highlights, I've seen him make shots that no other NBA player could've made.
