Anyone here had any experience with ordering from DVD Pacific?
I recently ordered 3 BDs from them. The payment was processed immediately, but I've received no notification that my order has shipped. I contacted them a few days ago, and got confirmation that it's on its way, but ... Their website states three items sent internationally via DHL WorldMail (the only option) will cost $8.94 (fairly cheap, actually) and take 7 to 21 days. In their reply to my enquiry, it seems I've actually been charged $14.72 (no explanation) and they're now saying it takes 10 to 28 business days — so, twice as long. And that I should leave it eight weeks before they'll consider a parcel overdue. I've written back to ask why the discrepancies, and received no reply to my e.mail. To me, that's the mark of a shonky outfit. Has anyone else had similar experiences? |

I've used DVD Pacific in the past for DVDs.. have not had any trouble with them myself. I ordered a ton of stuff too.. Dragonball Z, Anime, Wrestling, Horror... and that was just the cheap standard International Air Mail option too.
I have not used them in atleast 12 months though.. |
