There will be a French steelbook edition of the film, too :

It's released 24th September and it costs €20 (= £17 / $26.25). Since the steelbook edition of Fast Five seems to show the J-card can be taken off, I'm assuming that hopefully the blue bar won't be included here either, despite what this artwork displays.
