Default Paying for an Amazon order that you got a refund on because it arrived and I kept it

Okay, so recently I got a refund on an Amazon.com order because it got lost in transit. It arrived in my mailbox shortly after. It's been two weeks and Amazon still hasn't contacted me about it. I finally have the money to pay the order. What would be the best way to contact them about this? I'll have to change the payment method as well because the one I previously used is no longer valid.

the reason they haven't contacted you is because it was written off as lost in their system. the sale is closed once the refund was given.

depends on your conscience. you can just give them a call and explain the situation, they may re-charge you for it but 95% chance they'll say it's just yours to keep. More hassle than it's worth for them to re-activate an old order and go through the process again.

Same thing happened to me. I did the right thing and contact amazon to tell them I received it and charge me again if they want and they did. Glad you did the same.
