I have just phoned then up and they have confirmed I will receive the steelbook edition. Ther confusion was that I emailed the web team and because it doesn't mention steelbook online they just though it was the normal edition.

After looking into the matter for you I can confirm that we have run out of the steel book dvd's in question. I would advise that you keep an eye out for pre-order steelbooks as they are usually limited.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend any profiles so that warnings can be given due to the amount of orders coming through and the limitations of our systems.

theres conflicting information from hmv, this is the reply I got about 10000 Bc and sweeney todd, I also tried to get special instructions on my account to only send steelbooks ever, but he said they couldnt do that either.

They are different prices in different stores. Watford store had them for £10 each and London store I went in had them for £17. I had them scanned aswell as they came up with the higher price.
It's shocking how they can charge different prices in different stores when they are so cheap online...

what it is, is that they have an amount sent in for the sale, and when they are gone the ones that where not for the sale will go back out,
I've seen one for sale price and normal price on the shelf at the sametimes
