Minimalist blu-ray storage ideas

We are moving into our new home next week and we are going to keep it very minimalist/uncluttered. This means getting rid of a lot of stuff .. but not the Blu-rays.

We have quite a few and currently the bookshelf they are on is annoying to dust and just looks really cluttered. We are trying to go for a spacious calming atmosphere.

The obvious is a shelf with a door, but those can get really pricey for a nice one. We are thinking about some kind of chest to serve as a coffee table and hold the movies. And maybe just using one of those binders to hold the discs ... but arranging them and rearranging them to maintain alphabetical order just seems like a different kind of clutter.

Any one here have a nice calm minimalsit home? Where and how do you store your Blu-rays?
