Is there really no terminator box with all 4 movies? if not is there going to be one anytime soon?

No and no. The first one is owned by MGM, the second by Lionsgate, and 3 and Salvation by Warner Bros.

... or in Europe The Terminator is owned by MGM, Terminator 2 by Optimum/StudioCanal/Universal, Terminator 3 and Terminator: Salvation by Sony. Although they have been released by Sony in a single 4 DVD package, despite the fact that they are owned by different studios, but I guess Blu-ray is a different kettle of fish...

It's a "we THINK this might come out someday, so we'll let you know if it does" listing; it doesn't mean it's coming out anytime soon. The cover shown is probably photoshopped from the DVD set cover; notice it has no BBFC rating (it was at the bottom of the DVD cover which was cropped off).

Though the 4-disc set was released after MGM switched to Fox, Sony might have been able to wrangle a deal for Europe in 2009 when they still were part-owners of MGM; but they lost that when MGM went thru bankruptcy. (MGM is now owned primarily by its former bondholders.) Sony is now in no better position to get all 4 films in a boxset than WB here in the States (we've never seen a 4-film set). With MGM now solidly signed to Fox thru 2016, it's unlikely to happen again even if StudioCanal (who owns Optimum and licenses T2 to Lionsgate over here) were to agree.

I would imagine it is hard to get a box set of all for since 3 different studios put them out. (Sony, Lionsgate, and WB)

It happened here in Australia on DVD and that involved MGM (through Fox) for 1, StudioCanal (released by Universal) for 2 and Sony for 3 & 4. Although the multiple studios would naturally make it more complex to pull together it could happen.

Being a big Terminator fan I'm not sure if I'd even be interested though. The main thing I really want is a quality release of Terminator. T2 is by no means perfect but the quality of T3 and Salvation on Blu-ray is fine so there'd have to be some major incentive for me to upgrade.

in europe in 2 months they finally will be release TERMINATOR 1. as the news says, this movie will contains a new master with much more better quality image than US version.

im very happy because to me the terminator is best of all movies. i prefer see arnold like a enemy than a friend. : D
