Recommendations for comedy dramas

Can anyone recommend good films in that genre?

Films like:
-Beaches
-Steel Magnolias
-Terms of Endearment
-Fried Green tomatoes

i would prefer if they were from the 80s and 90s, since i love those decades in film..

I liked Boys on the Side. One of Drew Barrymores best imo.

nothing funny about any of those films.

Disagree. There are very funny moments in all of those films.

well, i think they had some funny lighthearted moments..

Also Moonstruck came to mind..
Maybe Driving Miss Daisy too? I had watched it lon ago, I don't rememebr.

Also, Parenthood, is it like this? I've never seen it..

Parenthood is very good. Great ensemble cast, with the exception of Keanu Reeves. He is pretty bad in it.

Also, I'll look into the Drew Barrymore film, although i don't like her at all..
