Need a new laptop batterey...recommendations? - Blu-ray Forum

I have a Compaq Presario CQ60-615DX Notebook, and the battery icon in my taskbar has a red X through it and a "consider replacing your battery" recommendation when I hover my cursor over it. The laptop is 2 1/2 years old. Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement battery? I'm not looking to spend too much if I can avoid it.

eBay is alway's an option,I got mine there when I had the same problem with the same laptop,you will certainly get a good deal there though it won't necessarily be a recommended battery but mine works fine but I guess it probably won't last the two and a half year's the original did but then again you generally get what you pay for.

i'd just do a search on amazon w/the model # for the battery.
