[REC] 3 Genesis - Blu-ray Forum

Though none of the [REC] series is released in the US (but Canada has the first two and the third is upcoming) there will be a sneak preview of [REC] 3 on HDNET Films channel on DirecTV. A nice way to see if you want to import it come release time!!

The most disappointing film I've seen in some time. After the brilliant first two films, I expected much, much more out of this one. Instead, I got misplaced comedy bits that belong in another series not this one, no thrills, corny and cliched "emotional" bits, and no real advancement of the storyline expertly set up in the first two. Complete and utter fail, in my opinion. Paco Plaza handled this one and it looks like Jaume Balaguero was the real brains behind the first two. Hopefully he can steer the ship in the right direction for his installment in [REC] 4: Apocalypse.
