I wonder if this will actually include Season 7?

I think I read it will only have the slots for S7, which you have to buy separately when it releases.

It will have slots you have to buy season 7 by it self. Season 7 comes out early 2015 and it the season won't be done till December and this set comes out NOV 11.

That's what I thought. Kind of bizarre and misleading. I wonder how many people buy it then raise hell when they find out it's not the "complete series"...

However, I can't resist buying the set. lol Hoping that price drops a LOT considering it will probably be another $30-40 for S7 at release.

I would say pretty good. Hasn't the disc art been pretty consistant with each season?

I don't know, but the discs in the Collector's Set are all black and have "Collector's Set" printed on them. The regular Season 7 release will most likely not look like that. I'm hoping for a "special" release of Season 7 with discs that match the art from the Collector's Set.

You know, I just watched the series finale last night, and the "SoA Afterword" show had Kurt Sutter plug this set. I bring this up, because it said if you preordered from Amazon(which I did), you would get the S7 release
for free? I didn't know this, so I went back and checked Amazon site, and this was listed under the promotions:

I bought the set from amazon when it was on sale for $119,99, but I don't know if they had that promotion going on then, however, my set had a flyer/coupon for $5 off when you buy Season 7.

I copied that promotion right from today's Amazon listing. So I wonder if you order the set from Amazon, regardless of when, do you get a code voucher for S7? I'll have to follow up on this, when S7 is due out in early 2015(i think).

If anyone has this can they please confirm something before this goes off sale today. I have 1-6 on blu now and seasons 3-5 all come with extended episodes.

In the ad for the blu in Amazon it says only 3 has the extended episodes whereas the rest come with deleted scenes. Are these different discs? Do the collectors sets NOT come with the extended episodes for the seasons mentioned above? Need to know before I sell my season blus and purchase this one. Thanks

Yeah this series is all new to me but loving it so far. And yes Amazon did email me a code for season 7 when its released.
