Given that new masters exist and that the US got all of the other blu-ray releases I think it would be surprising for those two not to get the same treatment, especially Haut Bas Fragile

Can anyone else confirm no subs on the bonus features? I've read elsewhere there is just want to confirm there isn't. So excited for this release but i will wait for the Cohen if i have to.

Hi, the disc with the special features has no way to set the subtitles from the menu, I haven't checked the existence of a subtitle track for every feature, but I did for the lenghty presentation and selected scene commentary and there were none, I'm confident the same must be true of everything else on the disc.
