they are really trying to milk the old spiderman trilogy what with a new boxset released, individual releases with slipcovers, the german steelbook trilogy coming out soon and now these.

men in black 1 & 2 sounds good as it means people will finally be able to have the trilogy as steelbooks as there is a men in black 3 steelbook coming out soon

Forgot about that . I have a friend in Canada but i agree, even with ground shipping the cost of the actual steelbooks could be high but they're listed as $19.99 CDN so 60 + about 18-20 for shipping equals about $80 all in

I might be down for some of these. At about $20.00 shipped though the UK Spiderman Trilogy is probably the price of what one of these individual steelbooks would cost. I'll wait and see.

I still have not upgraded my DVD copies of Spider-Man. I've been patiently waiting for the inevitable SteelBook release of these movies now that all of the studios are going back to the well with old movie releases.

Man as soon as I saw Spider-Man I got all excited, then I realized it was the 1st movie. It's cool the old trilogy is getting the Steelbook treatment, but I'm hoping FS secures an Amazing Spider Man Steelbook, like FS scored with the Underworld Awakening (also a Sony Pictures release)

None of these films are good enough FOR ME to bother with steelbooks. I'm more than happy with my amarays of Spiderman since I only moderately enjoy them as films anyway. And I will definitely never add any Men In Black films to my collection.

I'm glad that fans are getting the chance at showing them special attention for their own collections though.

"finally be able to have" even though NONE of them are out? Wow, rushing things a bit? You make it sound like people have been begging for years to finish their....non existent set.

I think if these do come out I'll get the first Men In Black but that's it, but only if it looks good. The UK Spiderman trilogy is too cheap for me to bother spending three times as much to get the same movies in SteelBook form.

I hope Play.com get these too. They have just announced new Sony titles, so there's a chance these could be in a future wave. That's what I'm hoping for anyway. I don't really want to pay a small fortune to import them if Play.com are going to release them for £9.99.
