Finland Moomins and the Comet Chase/Muumi ja punainen pyrstötähti

I bought this Blu Ray from Finland for my Moomin-crazy girlfriend for Christmas and am having problems with the English Audio.

Around the 42 minute mark the audio cuts out completely and doesn't return for the rest of the film. I've checked the other available languages (Finish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish) and they are all fine throughout the film, it's only a problem with the English track.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Because the other languages are working fine it seems likely that it's a mastering problem on the English channel rather than an issue with my setup.

I've tried contacting the disc distributor and the shop I bought it from but have so far had no reply.

Any help on this issue would be great.

EDIT: I finally got a reply today from the manufacturer confirming that this is a mastering fault.

Was there any indication that they hope to fix this in a repressing when you contacted them? As far as I am aware this is the only release that retains the theatrical "3D", but I need English dubs.

HippieDalek did you have any luck getting a replacement? I'm in the same boat from a copy i picked up in Finland a couple of weeks ago and would be interested in who to contact.

I gave up on the 3D and got the German 2D blu, which is very nice and has the English dub in full.
