Zero Woman: Red Handcuffs for the Japanese title?

1982 was a crazy year for Taiwanese Black movies so kind of hard to pin down what it could be without more clues. Something like Exposed to Danger (from the director of The Lady Avenger) would be really cool.

I'll be getting everything from this label, but am most excited for the Japanese stuff. At least we are getting something from the 70's which is my favorite era of Japanese film.

Yeah I mentioned Zero Woman in the Cauldron thread, it certainly fits and would be a great get. I hope they keep this new label going.

I love the 70's Japanese Exploitation stuff, but I really hope this is the start of many of the underseen Taiwanese Black Movies start getting proper releases. Good times seem to be ahead for Asian exploitation fans between this new label and Error_4444.

Guessing the Taiwan film is Underground Wife/Hei shi fu ren (1982) from the facebook page?
The other film on the FB page is Kill Butterfly Kill (1987) but that doesn't match up. I haven't seen either, but really excited to see what else comes from this label

According to the HKMDB those are the same film.

The IFD version will no doubt be one of those horrific re-edits with newly inserted footage of gwailos.

I've been laying breadcrumbs to follow for almost two years now and it looks like you guys have picked them up.

But you still don't have the full story, particularly about that first release.

Nice find, looks cool. Hope they are able to include the IFD version as well, I know they are not regarded well, but I do love the bad white actors and horrific Frankenstein dubs trying to tie it all together.

Oh, I have a soft spot for those IFD chop shops. The original film looks good if that's what we are getting. Personally, I'd love the original and the IFD remix.

A website for NEV will happen sometime in the next month. Probably won't be a store, just a hub for info.

That's actually a really good film. Can't believe there isn't a single Sadao Nakajima on Blu-ray outside of Japan yet.

As far as I remember the movies will be initially listed on both the Cauldron and DiabolikDVD store. The thing is, the Cauldron store only handles purchases from within the US, so everyone outside of the US will have to order from DiabolikDVD.
The movies will be listed on the MondoMacabro store at some point though, so you can order them from Jared just like the MM releases.
