They started with Thor: The Dark World, but good luck finding one at a decent price.

Every film since then has had a BB steel.

EDIT: Age of Ultron had two steels. One with Vision on the back, and one with Ultron.

Decent prices definitely do exist, but you'd have to be really patient and be prepared to wait for a good deal. It took me a year and about $700-800 to complete my MCU collection (and I'm still missing Hulk!), which is still definitely really expensive but you'll see the complete set going for at least $1000 online, if not $1500.

There is The Avengers steelbook that was a Best Buy Exclusive. It was a preorder exclusive you bought in store before the movie dropped on DVD/Blu Ray.

That isn't actually a steelbook. I believe it is called a "Viva Metal Box" or something along those lines.

Whoops. I didn't know that. I love it anyway. I'm a total sucker for that initial teaser poster.

It looks fine and not really noticeable when placed beside the other steelbooks. I used to own a copy until recently.

I had to import the German Iron Man 3 steel just to make the Phase 2 collection complete.

I didn't know that about the first Avengers "steel" at Best Buy.

Iron Man 2 got a lenticular Ironpack/Metalpak at Target. The spine is different than a Steelbook or Viva Metal Box, but it's a neat case. They were individually numbered, too.

The Incredible Hulk also had a Steelbook in the Reel Heroes line before Thor The Dark World, if you want all the US Marvel Steelbooks. This was widely available, though, not a Best Buy exclusive.
