Default Which Harry Potter editions/set to buy?

I currently have the standard blu-rays of Deathly Hallows Part 1 (2D) and Part 2(3D).
Which is the best route to collecting the other movies?
I love the packaging of the Ultimate Editions and they're priced really low in the UK but I've heard the special features are on DVDs instead of BDs?
Some members say the WIzards set has many errors/wrong discs etc.

Which route should I go?

I can't really comment on this. I have heard something like this as well, but haven't looked into it.

With the exception of the US release I think all Wizard's Collections had some errors, but I think correct discs have been inserted into all retail copies by now and Warner has started sending out replacement discs to anyone requesting them.

I'm not a geeky fan of the Harry Potter films, but I have enjoyed them. I've only purchased the standard editions. I would've jump into the ultimate editions but there have been some hangups for me in regards to the ultimate editions:
  • they are priced at $40 for each film
  • only the first film had deleted footage added back into the film

Personally, I think the ultimate editions are a waste of money for the simple fact that the purchase implies you are getting something special. When I think of ultimate? I think that there's new footage integrated back into the film. It's a ripoff on Warner Brother's part to call them ultimate editions when they are merely a repackaging of the original films with no new footage but maybe a special bonus disk of features.

That does not justify a $20-30 markup for a repackaged movie. I'm judging the ultimate editions in the same vein as the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition. Here, we got extended version of each movie with a ton of special features.
