Woohooo! And I was recently thinking of buying F4 1+2 set I didn't like the first one, but the second one was actually cool. Not that there were many expectations to meet, but still I don't really like the cover though.

What I can see from the cover is that there probably is a new BD distributor in Germany, and knows how to enter the market with a bang Or I'm just wrong

You're just wrong

Constantin Film is hardly new. According to the posted article, these will be limited so that the supplies are depleted before the new law takes effect in April 2010.

Oh God, what new laws? FSK logo will have to take 50% of the front cover now, and be placed right in the middle, with red blinking LED lights?

If they are going to be that limited....I wonder.....does that mean "stickerbook"?

Not quite that dramatic

Just the Logo you've seen on a few other german Steels in the lower left corner. Although some Distributors are already doing it now, it isn't mandatory until April 2010.

I've decided...that's my theme for today - be totally wrong, and to spread apprehension.

Wait - you don't get a free pass on the stickerbooks? OCD covers that too?

I seriously doubt it. Stickerbooks wouldn't have to be limited as they would only have to adjust the front sticker on the assembly lines. It's a bit more complicated for painted Steelbooks.

Don't blame the Distributors, it's the law that bites! The Distros have been testing ways around it (Some with Slipcovers where the Logo is on the Slipcover and Sony brought out Spirit with the Logo on the Amaray and The Steelbook as an added extra).

No need to get heated over it now

So Gui and Michael let me get this straight. This new 2010 resolution will not only stop you guys from double dipping other countries steels, but also stop you from buying anything unless you like the cover or movie?

I'm only supposed to stop buying IDENTICAL Steels, for example I would have bought the 5 TDKs anyway since they're all differents but I would have passed on a few T2s and Gladiators.

Cheers,
Gui.
