I want the Raze limited edition mediabook. I can't find one anywhere that will ship to the USA. Anyone care to help me? I have an excellent feedback score here. Thank you in advance.

Have you tried medienversand? They appear to list the USA as a shipping destination option and have the mediabook that you are searching for available for order.

I bought mine from Amazon.de. The blu-ray disc didn't work, after contacting the company and being told it's likely a region code issue (my Bluray player is multi-region) they sent me a new copy in a Bluray case with artwork and the disc worked.
