Preordered today -- I planned on doing it anyway, I don't care about preorder exclusive dlc like they have at Amazon, and the steel looks great.

Was wondering if those who played in Japan had the Griffy Familiar character in the game. If it's powerful, I'll double dip and also get it from Amazon just for the bonus and sell the extra copy off.

What do you think the TiV (disc only) of the game will be if I run through it quick? I want the steel, but doubt I'll want to keep the game after I finish it.

Why run through it? The game is about the story and adventure, you'll just be ruining it for yourself.

Had no idea there was going to be a steelbook for this, this definitely will get bumped to a pre-order now since I wasn't planning on getting it on release day.

Just found out about the GS SteelBook so I stopped last night and asked about it.
My store only received two SB's and only had one preorder so they let me preorder and take the SB since it was so close to release date.

Kind of sad that there was only one preorder but it worked out for me.

Just a heads up to everyone getting the steelbook. First, stores do not have enough for all reserves. And secondly, MOST EVERY STEELBOOK WILL BE DAMAGED. Out of 12 at my store, 10 had dents on the front or back. 4-5 had spine cuts from a box cutter. I meticulously went through and picked out the best one, the only good one in the shipment. They do not come sealed, they're loose and bounce around like futureshop steelbooks.

Oh, awesome.

I still have a terrible feeling my store will be like, "Steelbook? What steelbook?". It wouldn't be the first time they've cheated me out of a bonus. As soon as I use up the last of my GameStop credit, I'm done with them. No reason to deal with their nonsense anymore when I can get release-date delivery from Amazon.

Got mine from GS yesterday. They had a stack of 6 and I took the best one, which was still scuffed up.

Nice looking steelbook for sure, but now that I have it, I am considering letting GS have my $5 and ordering one from Amazon so I can get the preorder dlc...

I picked mine up today. Really beautiful. I mentioned to the clerk about getting the best copy and he went through and found a real winner! Very happy with the condition of this one despite the fact that it is unsealed.

I don't even know what this game is about.
