Yeah, thats it. Also, some TVs can only show what they can show, meaning that dark scene detail is limited which mimics a "dark" image. LCDs and cheaper LEDs suffer from this issue of crushed blacks and or washed out dark scenes.

Is it just me or...
is deeper blacks and better color saturation, offering a more true representation of the directors vision, one of the perks of Blu-ray?! ![]() I agree with the others that have said this an issue with the OP's display and not the blu-rays. |
