Token expired?

For some reason when I'm looking at the forum, whenever I try to move on to a different page I get an error message:

Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired.

Please push the back button and reload the previous window.

Any idea as to what this could be or how to fix it? When I reload the page it doesn't work and just takes me back to the home page
