Yrf films on itunes in india !!!

Almost all yrf titles are available on the indian itunes store in hd and sd for rs290 and 180 resp.. I hope theyle put in digital copy codes from now on in their bds !!!

Not just in India. I'm based in the UK and I've just found that they're available on iTunes internationally.

I was thinking, just yesterday in fact, about how soon India will release a BD with a digital copy like western companies. Then, today I just saw this thread.

Maybe it's a sign that YRF's next BD, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, will come with a digital copy?

Should definitely come in a special edition steelbook in any case

Dat was exactly wat i was thinkin , it wpuld luk great in a steelbook !!! I hope for hd special features on a seperate blu-ray too !!!

I think lagaan is gonna b a 2disk blu-ray too !!!

The Quality Of Encodes on Their Store is Rather Disappointing
720p ,Around 4GB size(For a 2 hour Movie) and Dolby Digital 5.1 Audio!(and this is for INR 499 ) I think Even HD Broadcast of films on TV would be better than this. (anyone had a first hand experience would like to add something?)

P.S Gurkirat , you misinterpreted the prices
they are charging (INR)
499 for Buying a HD film (720p)
120 for Renting a HD film
290 for Buying a SD Film
and 80 for Renting it.

Who in their Sound Mind would buy a inferior quality (only marginally better than DVD) encode for 499 !?
however Renting may be considered by few.
