Trouble ordering on Amazon.de from USA

Has anybody else in the US had trouble ordering from the German Amazon site? It lets me add blu-rays to my cart, but when I try to check out it gives me an error saying that they cannot ship to my location.

The shipping address is my normal home address that I use on Amazon.com, and it is the same as my billing address. And I never have any problems ordering from Amazon UK. In fact, I just ordered two blu-rays from Amazon.co.uk last night to the same address.

I've sent an email to Amazon.de support, so we'll see what they say. I just wanted to check if anybody else was having this problem or had any suggestions.
