Default A Year of Star Trek (Well a little over 14 months)

Today marks my final day of a Star Trek marathon that started back on August 29th of 2011. I started off with the pilot and watched the original series, the animated series, original series films, the next generation, the next generation films, DS9, Voyager, Enterprise, and the reboot film. I only had one day without trek in the last 14 plus months and that was September 2nd of 2011. 727 episodes and films in all. I did not plan on watching at least one trek every day over this period but after a few months I was on a roll and my ocd took over.

I have to say that I really enjoyed watching all these shows / series / films. Going into this I had only really watched the next generation. I loved that show and had seen all those episodes and films. Seen a handful of everything else but nothing more than a few shows here and there. I have to admit that I really like all of the series. I highly recommend to anyone that has not watched all of the series to give them a go. There are many gems (episodes) that I never knew about.

Favorite Series in Order - I had a tough time with this as I really do like them all.

1) DS9
2) Voyager
3) The Next Generation
4) Enterprise
5) Original Series
6) Animated Series

Voyager, The Next Generation and Enterprise were very close to each other and the order could be rearranged. Oh well, just wanted to share this as I know there are few Trek fans on these boards. If you are up for it give it a go. I believe NetFlix will have Trek for the next year and a half on its streaming service as well as Amazon Prime and a few other locations. Blu's are coming out for a few as well.
