Axiom QS8 VS Emotiva ERD-1

I am looking for thoughts on either one of these speakers. If anyone has actually heard BOTH of these speakers, even better. I just want to weigh the pros and cons of either speaker. I am looking to get the Axiom ($486/pair) from the outlet and Emotiva ($349/pair + $10 ship) doesnt have B-stock so the price difference is $127. If Emotiva gets any B-stock, it becomes a $177 difference. On the other hand, the Emotivas seem more difficult to drive (4ohms, 89db sensitivity) than the Axioms (6ohms, 95db sensitivity), which ,with my Onkyo 707, probably means I would probably need an amp for the Emotiva. Am I correct in this assumption? Or am I over thinking the power requirements for surrounds?

Anyway, any thoughts would be great. Since neither company has a COMPLETELY risk free trial period (ie neither pays for shipping back) I want to compile as much info before I purchase. Thanks.
