Which actor do you think did the best job of playing Michael Myers from the Halloween series?
In my humble opinion no one was better than the original Shape, Nick Castle. ![]() Last edited by BladeRunner2007; 10-08-2013 at 07:33 PM. |

I'm probably in the minority here, because I'm not really a big Halloween fan. Sure, the first movie is a classic and all, but I always thought it was pretty slow-going. I do like the 2nd and 4th films (...and the 3rd one
![]() ![]() Now, as a human monster, I find him way scarier, more creditable, and easier to relate to. Even though the 2007 movie is pretty trashy and folks don't like it that much, I voted on that version of Michael Meyers. I think, in that movie, he had a much better and more intense backstory, a better psychological basis, and was still menacing as hell. I gotta give the older movies credit though; I love how in #4 the guy can cause power and communication outages to systematically take out a whole town. ![]() |

Nick Castle, with George P. Wilbur being a close second. Castle had the best body language IMO, the way he walks and moves his head (when he's looking at Bob). Wilbur as the shape did creep me out a lot of the time, especially in part 4.
