Default picture setting advice - Toshiba LED

I didn't expect to get a tv with all the sales going on. But I was lucky enough to get a Toshiba 50L2200U - http://us.toshiba.com/tv/led/50l2200u/

Upgraded from a 40 1080i LCD.

First impressions is wow. What a huge different from my old tv to this. Now I know this is not one of the amazing TV's out there but all I do is watch tv and blu ray's. It really seems to put out a good picture.

That being said, can anyone give me some advice as far as getting even better picture from it than the factory settings? Factory had the dynamic backlight at 70, figured that should go down a good amount correct? What about noise reduction and dynamic contrast? never had any experience with these features. They each give me, high, middle, low or off.

any help would be great! thanks!
