When you type something in the search box and then click on one of the results, a lot of older titles have an invalid link because the URL says bluraymovies instead of just movies..
eg, search Fire and Ice https://www.blu-ray.com/search/?quic...n=bluraymovies First link is https://www.blu-ray.com/bluraymovies/movies.php?id=5336 = 404 Proper link is actually https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/movies.php?id=5336 |

Really? I'm the only one who ever notices? I've had this problem for a year now.
![]() There isn't much more I can tell you. I program myself, and I know you'll want a clear case to reproduce the behavior. I come to the site. I type anything in the search bar, like in the case above, Fire and Ice. The dynamically created list under the search bar with the first few entries always works. HIT ENTER instead to get a new page full of results. It's these links I'm talking about. These results often contain malformed urls that point to a 'bluraymovies' directory instead of the proper 'movies' folder. eg in the case of Fire and Ice (but it can be any movie): https://www.blu-ray.com/bluraymovies/movies.php?id=5336 instead of https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/movies.php?id=5336 edit: here, look in the status bar at the bottom ![]() Last edited by Daaark; 12-09-2012 at 06:33 PM. |

The reason we're not seeing it is because we pretty much only use the search results with movie covers ourselves
![]() It's the "Simple" movie list layout available through ones settings page which still uses an older link-format that hasn't been updated/maintained. This should be fixed ![]() Last edited by Marwin; 12-11-2012 at 11:00 AM. |
