Amazon.com instant order update down

I go into my orders directly. I click on them, for the last 3+ years it has taken me to the item directly and i have had the Yellow Banner on top of the item with the Amazon Instant Order Update, telling me when i purchased it and letting me click on it to show me the order number and price. About 2-3 days ago, every item i look at that i have previously purchased has no banner, i am clicking directly on the same ASIN , same UPC, same item, i am even going to the item directly from my account to get to it directly. The yellow banner is gone. Now, on Amazon.UK and AMazon.de which i also use, i am having zero problems. I see the banner and their are no issues. The hard part about this is i have pre-ordered maybe 500 items, they use to show up with the yellow banner and take me to the order, now this pre-orders aren't showing up so i dont know which items i have bought and which i haven't unless i go to my account, and directly into the orders and search that way. I have contacted customer service, but they haven't said anything. Not sure what to do, not sure if i turned something off, maybe i have too many orders in my account, not sure, all i know is that 2-3 days ago, this functionality has been removed from my account. I have tried pulling it up using different browsers, different computers, smartphones, removing the cache, everything, and still issues. Any information will help,
I have now asked a bunch of other members about this, and they have said their Amazon Instant Order Update on the US site is not working either.....Can anyone else confirm theirs is not working?
