Super Street Fighter IV (Free with PS+) Download/Install/Play issues?

Someone mentioned last night that they had issues with downloading this title from the store, because it kept saying they already had it.

I had no problems downloading/installing it but when I went to play it, it installed trophies, and downloaded the update for it, but then it just sits at a black screen. No audio, no nothing. I left it sitting there for a half hour or so and when I came back it was still the same. I hit the PS button to exit from the game like I would if I was playing a game, but it wouldn't play.

I re-downloaded it and installed it and same thing.

Anyone else having issues with this? Should I just not download and install the update for it?
