Default Broken Mic...

So after moving some furniture and equipment around, I went to get my mic and notice the cord has been ripped. I tried to splice it with no luck, so now I have no Mic and after looking at them from Pioneer, I doubt I will drop $50 on one. I have the old one from my Onkyo but I'm sure that the calibration of the mics are different and that wont help me.

I have a Radio Shack SPL meter, Disney WOW disc and Digital Video Esssentials HD, is there anyway I can use the receivers equalizer with just these tools? I have always just used them for levels and TV calibration. If not, can I at least use the Onkyo Mic for reverb measurements on my pioneer and adjust manually from there or will that be incorrect as well?

Thanks
