Happy New Year everyone & welcome to 2014. To kick off the new year in steelbook fashion I think it's time for a Steelbook Giveaway. Up for grabs is The Wolverine HMV exclusive steelbook. Steelbook is sealed and in mint condition (that I can see, but I cannot see underneath the j-card). Steelbook will be shipped in traditional cudzndrips packaging so you know it'll arrive in top condition.

Giveaway is open to ALL members and you can enter as many times as you like. The winner must pay the shipping charge though which will be either £7.20 USA / £4.95 EUR or £4.10 UK).

To be in with a chance of grabbing this gem just tell me what movie from the last 30 years you would like remade and who you'd like in it. It's that simple. Winner will be selected at random using random.org so your suggestions are just for a little fun.

Daniel Day-Lewis can play the part of Martin Maher.

It is one of my favorite Military movies and it could use a modern update.

Ok....I'll bite.

I don't want a good movie remade.

I hate when the take a movie that was awesome and turn it into a crap version (i.e. Carrie, Psycho, The Manchurian Candidate etc...).

Let's go for something ambitious, yet disastrously executed....so many possibilities!

The title that always hits me for truly bad, but don't know if anything could be done to improve it would be Battlefield Earth. I want Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in the lead and Betty White to take over for Travolta. It may not be any better, but at least it would be damn funny!
