(I tried searching for a similar thread but the search feature doesn't seem to work for me, just brings up random posts, so sorry if this was already asked)
I think the option is great, as it allows you to see how many films you have starring a certain actor, directed by your favorite director, or scored by your beloved composer. But I found it rarely works as it should. For instance when I last checked my collection i found I owned 6 movies starring Christian Bale, but when I click on that "6" link, it takes me to those titles, but it only shows 3 of them, I know I do have 6, they just don't show up there, and the same goes with almost everyone else on my collection. Is this a known bug? Can it be fixed? ![]() Thanks for your time! =) EDIT: After looking it up more closely it seems to happen only with titles that I own as a part of a boxset. Back to the Christian Bale example, I have 6 movies, 3 separate ones (The Prestige, 3:10 to Yuma and Terminator Salvation) and the Dark Knight Trilogy, and those are the 3 that don't show up. Another example: Sigourney Weaver, shows 6 movies too, and I own Cabin in the Woods, Avatar, and The Alien Anthology (4 more movies), and it only shows 2 movies when I click on the "6" all but Alien I'd really like to see this fixed, so as to use the feature ![]() Last edited by HYDE; 12-28-2012 at 02:31 PM. |
