Default Harmony PS3 adapter has an auto sleep mode?

I currently own a Logitech Harmony PS3 adapter so that I can use my PS3 with my Harmony remote. My Harmony remote is the 650. I have a problem with the adapter, where after around 15 minutes of not using the remote (for the PS3 functions), there is around a 4 second delay in what happens on the TV screen after pressing a button on the remote (only the PS3 functions). Is the Harmony PS3 adapter going into some kind of power saving mode after around 15 minutes of inactivity which is why I'm getting that long delay? Adjusting the inter-key or power-on delay does not solve this problem with the delay I'm mentioning here. I tried 2 other Harmony PS3 adapters before this one and they had the same issue. I have the latest firmware update installed in my PS3 and my Harmony's remote firmware has the latest update. Could it be my remote that's the problem or is it just a power-saving feature of the Harmony PS3 adapter?
