Special Double Clear Bluray case in dire need

I don't know where to put this request, but I am also still wanting the most coverage.

There is a specific clear double case that I need at least 3 of. They are thinner than any others, without being a super slim (where you can see little to no artwork possible on spine)

Everyone knows these cases.

Viva Elite normal double clear case.
Vortex Echo Lite double clear case (has an embossed bluray logo).

I am looking for Viva Elite slimmer case (probably close to 12 mm but maybe 11.5).

It has a more square top/bottom on spine, much like the cases that Cult Epic uses. However these cases are even more slim than those single cases.

On the spine it says SBSSV-2D U.S. Patent Number 7,416,079 7,428,968. It says Viva on spine and Elite on back bottom right.

Again these are slimmer than normal Viva Elite cases that are rounded on top and bottom of spine.

I have no idea where I got these cases (I thought originally Phantasm, but now I don't think so).

Can anyone HELP me with this? I apologize if this is not the right forum.

Do you have pictures? I know some European markets like Scandinavia use a thinner Viva Elite with squared off edges, though I only have blue versions in my collection.

Here is attached. I appreciate the info! The one on left I am looking for. Flr side pic tge one on top. The vortex echo lite is too fat!
