Does anybody know if these are locked? Thinking of getting the lot

They are Warner Bros. releases, so I can say with almost 100% certainty that they are Region Free. The DVDs, if included, would most likely be NTSC and Region 1 locked.

However, I do not own any of the Harry Potter movies, so I cannot confirm it for you.
