Does anybody know if people in the UK can benefit from the free blu-ray offer when you buy a blu-ray player???

To be honest, I'm not sure it does, but I'm sure someone more knowledgeable can confirm. Rip off Britain?? Surely not.

I'm pretty sure it's only good in the U.S. - I know as I checked a while back before picking up a PS3 in Japan. The only promotion going here is you get one free disk - Spiderman 3 and a lame golf game.

There is an American site and a Canadian site.... the fact that they distiguish the 2 leads me to believe that it's a North America only deal, otherwise, they'd have a UK site, Japan site, etc.
