Funny, just mentioned this in the Shameless thread in this forum lol

Noticed that Amazon.ca and Best Buy.ca have Catch me If You Can in stock. Best Buy only said 1 available however.

Amazon.ca is the only one listing Empire of the Sun still as a preorder with no expected ship date listed. I've had it on preorder for a good while now... still waiting Too expensive to import so will just wait.

Was hoping CMIYC would have gotten a better release. Not even a slip cover! Most of Spielberg's films have gotten some cool treatment like a nice box or digibook for the majority of his titles. Seems pretty lame this is a standard snap case, and not easy to find anywhere.

I believe BuyCDNow.ca has the digibook available, but it's probably just the US import and is pretty pricey last I checked.

I live in the Vancouver (B.C.) area, and http://thecnl.com/ has several copies in stock. (That's where I bought mine). They will ship anywhere in Canada.

Also in Vancouver, there's a great indie shop called Videomatica. They had it (as they seem to get all the catalog stuff) and I was able to sell a few old ones I didn't want anymore.

BTW, I picked up Catch Me If You Can yesterday night. $13.21 at C&L. Not too bad at all.
