Not sure where to post this thread???
What is the best way to sell an expensive piece of electronic and PROTECT yourself on Amazon? I recently sold an ONKYO receiver to a Buyer and he broke the AC INLET on the back of the receiver. He filed a claim against me stating that it arrived damaged. I even showed Amazon the picture of the damaged AC INLET but they still went to his favor. I now have to pay for the repair cost which is about $370. Amazon is not a good place to sell expensive electronics because you might get your item back all beat up. Here is the picture of the damaged AC INLET where you connect the removable power cord. ![]() |
