Default Classic tv shows that are lost forever or are they?

I am not gonna go on about Dr who missing Episodes becouse there's allread'y a tread . There are tons of other tv shows that where made by the bbc and the master tapes where wiped due to there junking policy This happend between (1960 1970)

The following shows have missing episodes some have only clips or fragments that survived but some are completely lost forever never to be seen again

Adam Adamant, Bachelor Father , Dad's Army , Dixon of Dock Green, Doomwatch , Doctor Who , The Goodies ' The Goon Show, hancock
Likely Lads , Marriage Lines , Marty ' Not in Front of the Children ' Out of the Unknown 'Softly, Softly' Sykes ' Till Death Us Do Part ' Troubleshooters
Z Cars .

Wasn't the original Star Trek almost wiped by the studio before Roddenberry convinced them to put it in syndication?
