good news, hopefully Fox will also release North To Alaska, The Big Trail (a very rare example of widescreen being used before 1952, this film was from 1930), and The Undefeated as well on blu.

Hey, thanks a bunch for that. Obviously a big John Wayne fan. But $24 is a bit much, I was going to wait for it to go down to $17-18 in a few weeks like All About Eve did (Amazon did drop to $22.99 today). But with the coupon from signing up for the newsletter got it for $17.99 with free UPS shipping, so just ordered a copy. And they accept Goggle Checkout which I like - the fewer places with your CC info the less likely you'll have a problem.

Maybe they can change the year of the story from 1843 to 1894 so it can be period accurate with the weapons used!

UPS just dropped off The Comancheros from Foxconnect, I'm watching it tonight. My first order with them and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm going to be using them more for Fox releases, I have plenty of email addresses to give them for the 10% off & free shipping.

Lucky you, you have it on the way. Maybe 20 minutes into it, a bathroom break, check email & bd.com. Best John Wayne BD I've seen since The Searchers PQ wise, but far superior audio. I'd say this is the best John Wayne movie on blu-ray yet for overall quality.

I was hoping Wal*Mart would have them for 20.00 each they seem to get most of the classic Fox title Digibook releases
