I've been having a bit of back and forth with a Flixster rep via email and I'm not getting anywhere with then... So Im hoping someone here might be able to help?
My problem... Title: Lego Movie I originally had the option for either a standard definition or a high definition download on my iPhone 4S. I chose standard definition, but later regretted my decision (as the quality was not great) and decided to delete the standard definition version off my iphone and download the high definition version to my iphone, I was able to delete the standard definition version, but now I don't get the option for high definition download - the flixster app just automatically re-downloads the standard definition version. Is there any way to solve this? Im using an iPhone 4S with the Flixster app. |

I think you are referring to the better quality download, as we do not have HD download on mobile. Once you select or better quality download there is no way to select the other option unless you uninstall and reinstall the Flixster App.

Yes, it was 2 options, I can't remember specifically what they were called, I just referred to SD and HD here to make life easy. Also, just so you know, I didn't have to delete and reinstall the app. I signed out. Went to Settings (Apple), scrolled down to Flixster app where you have an option for 'reset cache'. I turned this on then off, then logged back into the app. Then the option came back. Any chance that option could be there all the time? Seems a bit daft to have to go through all this just to get that option back? |
